Yes — the formula is designed to be gentle enough for regular use on mature, sensitive skin, thanks to the 10% shea butter and 5% urea that balance the exfoliating acids. We recommend starting every other day regardless of skin type, then working up to daily only if your skin tolerates it well. If irritation occurs, just reduce frequency. Always patch test first if you have very reactive skin.
